The Frag-Gathering - Jan99. The first LAN party in Raleigh (That I knew of) that was 50+ player event. Hydro-Ax, Mindfazr, Smeg, and Time2Die were in attendance. The highlight of the LAN party was a 1v1 Competition (that took most of the day) where Time2Die took 2nd and Hydro-Ax took 3rd out of 22 players (bsd|count took 1st ). Only got a few pictures. Also got some of the 1v1 matche demo's from Time2Die and Hydro-Ax. The highlight of the day was a massive 10v10 q2CTF game. I'll dig up the screenshot of that one when I get a chance.

The FRAG/Gathering Quake2 1v1 Demo's:

Here are the demo's from the 1v1 tourney that were taken from a   LAN party Hydro and myself attended this weekend (1.30.99) Hydro played 6 games and I played 8 games. Please note for some reason the rules had the 1v1 servers DM mode set to 1 instead of 2 so that self damage was turned off. Other than that the tourney was very well run (An unlike most recent QW tourneys...actually finished). I played in the finals bracket against a guy named Count (Countz?) and lost by 2 on q2dm3. Because it was double elimination I was able to play him again for the finals winning the first but loosing the second. Here are the demo's...
